Returns Policy

You can submit a claim if you received a incorrect or defective item no later than 2 days after the item is received. 
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our refund and replacement policy are eligible only for incorrect and/or defective item(s). We cannot accept any claims if it is a result of item type or model that was mistakenly chosen by purchaser.

To file your claim, send us an email at Contact UsWe require at least a photograph of the item and the receipt or proof of purchase to complete your claim. Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your claim.

We cannot guarantee reshipment for lost item due to incorrect address provided by purchaser. We strongly encourage you to carefully check your order details and shipping address on your cart before making any payment.

You can ask for any returns, claims, or refunds only for a week after you receive the item(s). 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

REFUND (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 - 5 business days.

Refund will be credited in the amount of item prices excluding shipping charges, in the same form as the original payment type. Item replacement will be arranged at no cost. Return of original item is not required.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Our products are made-to-order and will typically ship out in 1-3 business days. Handling and processing for any orders placed on/near weekend and/or public holidays may be postponed and will be continued the following business day.

All items will be shipped from United States and China (depending on choice of delivery method, location, and/or item availability) by USPS and SF Express for international shipments. Shipped from China will be using USPS Commercial ePacket® (US destinations only). Estimate delivery time will be appeare when you choose the delivery service. The delivery service options will appear according to the selected design and your location.

Make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received and the product is dispatched, we cannot alter the address and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for reshipment.

We recommend customers to fill out phone numbers on shipping address. Phone numbers will be used for delivery purposes only. We promise we will never share, sell, lease, trade, or using phone numbers for marketing purposes.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

This delivery times are does not include handling time (1 - 3 business days). Please also note that delivery times are estimate and may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. It may also require extra transit time because of unforeseen delays.

Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities or office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that. Packages may subjected to customs inspection and clearance. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by us in writing.

Deliveries are not made on bank holidays and/or weekends. Please allow additional time if ordering on or near public holidays or during sale periods.

If you need fast shipping, please chose option DHL express or EMS express with estimate delivery time between 3 - 7 business days. If you chose this option, you need to pay more expensive than regular package. If you choose this option, we will prioritize shipping using DHL. But, because DHL has some regulations on the products to be shipped, we will transfer shipping using EMS express directly if your order does not meet DHL regulations.

IMPORTANT : When the item arrives ati the buyer's home but there is no one at home, please be able to allow the neighbor to sign your item. Then when you receive a notification about the delivery and you can't find it, please contact your neighbor about your item.

Shipping Method for USPS Line. There is limitation for 3D case order, especially for the product which is contains brand image cannot using this shipping method. We will change the shipping method unilaterally using USPS by ePacket if there is an order for 3D case with brand image. So, we will refund the difference price for that shipping method. 

Cancellation

By using our service you agree that you are fully aware of and committed to all actions and transactions you carry out through our site. Therefore, any cancellation request of transaction that have been fulfilled will be rejected. Cancellation or replacements request only receive in 24 hours from ordering time.
